5. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

mc777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages and events beyond mc777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. mc777 will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime or technical errors provided it takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

9. Amendments to These Terms

mc777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, mc777 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. mc777 operates as a platform serving Bangladesh-based users and shall handle complaints and disputes in good faith.
